The correct installation of chain conveyor is one of the important conditions for normal operation in the future. Today we will discuss this problem in detail.
At least 20 days prior to the formal installation of conveyor chain plate. The inlet and outlet of the chain plate conveyor shall be installed on site so that the flange bearing surface of the inlet and outlet is parallel to the axis of the chain plate conveyor body, and the flange to be connected shall be installed tightly without gap. The bearing suspended in the middle of the chain plate conveyor shall be firmly fixed on the lifting lug of the box body, and the spiral line shall rotate evenly after connecting with the adjacent spiral line, and shall not be stuck. After the shell of chain plate conveyor is correctly installed, tighten the anchor bolts and tighten all connecting screws to a reliable degree.
The foundation shall be able to support the conveyor reliably and ensure that the chain conveyor will not sink and cause other changes due to the sinking of the foundation. The chain plate conveyor has enough stability in the process of operation. Before installation, parts contaminated during transportation or unloading must be cleaned. The flange faces of adjacent shells shall be flat and tight, and the joint misalignment on the inner surface of the shell shall not exceed 2 mm. Asbestos tape is allowed between the flanges of the enclosure to accommodate the accumulated errors in the shell length and helix. During installation, adjust the gasket between the suspension bearing housing and the housing lug to ensure that the lift shaft is coaxial.
Overload phenomenon of chain plate conveyor:
The overload of chain conveyor is divided into continuous overload and short-term or instantaneous overload. The former is not allowed and cannot be sustained for a long time. The two cases are more complicated because some temporary faults often lead to short-term overload. However, if it is not handled in time, it will develop into a continuous overload, or the conveyor belt will return to normal operation immediately after self elimination.
In other words, short-term overload does not mean that there must be an accident, so in this case, the chain conveyor does not have to stop working. However, the over-current protection can not be judged and identified. Once the load current rises to the specified limit, the chain conveyor will stop working immediately, so as to control the continuous overload of the chain plate conveyor. The results also limit the possibility of conversion to good results.
In the actual production, due to the over-current protection, the chain conveyor will also cause a lot of unnecessary downtime, which can not be eliminated. In the operation process, the scraper chain fault can be eliminated, which will greatly reduce the transportation efficiency of the equipment.
In particular, the equipment can not be effectively protected by over-current in the conveyor chain plate.
It can be seen that the increase of motor over-current protector can not completely protect the chain conveyor, and has greater limitations. Therefore, in the process of using the connecting plate conveyor, attention should be paid to inspection and regular maintenance.
