1. Tensioning device of chain plate conveyor

3. Chain plate conveyor frame

The frame of chain plate conveyor is composed of head frame, tail frame and intermediate frame. It is welded with channel steel, angle steel and reinforcing steel plate. In the middle of the frame, there are four rails for roller running, which are made of light rail.

4. Chain plate of chain plate conveyor

The traction chain adopts the piece type traction chain with impact resistance, stable and reliable operation. The driving sprocket device uses two sprocket with 6 teeth to drive two pieces of traction chain and groove plate to run along the guide rail.
