The specific operation of mesh belt conveyor is as follows:

1. Turn off the main power switch and check whether the power supply of the equipment is normal and whether the power indicator is on. After normal operation, proceed to the next step.

2. Turn off the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. When the frequency converter does not work normally, the indicator light of the frequency converter and the belt is not working normally.

3. Start each electrical equipment in turn according to the process flow, and then start the next electrical equipment after the previous one is started normally.

4. In the operation of belt conveyor, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of articles in the design of conveying articles and the conveying capacity of belt conveyor. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel are not allowed to contact the moving parts of the belt conveyor. Non professionals are not allowed to touch electronic components and control buttons at will. Then, the mesh belt conveyor cannot be disconnected from the back stage of inverter during operation. If maintenance needs to be determined, it must be stopped when the frequency conversion operation stops. Otherwise, it may be the inverter damage.

5. The belt conveyor stops running. After the system stops completely, press the stop button to stop the total power.
